Doctor and Master are visiting Saint-Petersburg

I'm so happy to done it. Sorry for the background, I had only 4 days to do this work (I can do full drawing for month, but it's mostly because I'm lazy). I've done this drawing for my local whovian's contest. I should draw something that would connect DW and my town. So here it is!
